Initial 2-hour in-home visit, where we'll cover:
newborn care and feeding guidance (breast or bottle feeding),
establishing calm routines and rhythms during wake and sleep cycles, postpartum support and recovery, light home reset, printed educational resources, text support

2 hours - $250

The Calm Fourth Trimester

Signature package designed to support you through your first weeks at home with confidence and peace

3 in-home visits (including initial 2-hour education visit)
newborn care guidance, feeding support (breast or bottle feeding), soothing support and routine shaping for wake and sleep cycles, light home reset, printed educational resources, text support

6 hours - $750

Nourished Mom/Peaceful Home

While you focus on your new baby, we'll focus on meeting your needs

3 hour in-home visit for a light home reset and in-home meal prep with a custom menu built around your groceries. Nutritious postpartum meal suggestions available upon request.

3 hours - $350

The Peaceful Mother Experience

Premium high-touch support experience with extended care

5 in-home visits (including initial 2-hour education visit)
newborn care guidance, feeding support (breast or bottle feeding), soothing support and routine shaping for wake and sleep cycles, light home reset, printed educational resources, text support
